This powder is good for making glutathione suppositories for a family member with complex medical issues who often refuses to take things by mouth or through IVs. We don't use it for skin lightening, but rather antioxidant support. Make sure you measure the amount. We mix the glutathione with cocoa butter and freeze. First, we heat the cocoa butter, then let it cool to lukewarm. Then we add the premeasured amount of glutathione, mix well into lukewarm melted cocoa butter, and then pour into suppository molds and pop in freezer. You can use these suppositories daily, but research suggests 1x week. Check with your doctor first before using this, especially this route, of course, as it isn't for everyone.
