This seems powerful. I have a very hard time with glutathione (severe shortage that causes me to get very very sleepy when I take it). My MD suggested this form and this brand specifically. I mixed it with premade saline for the nose and take small doses through nasal squirts. It's great because I can control the dose. I have used too much and have gotten very sleepy, so I feel that is evidence that it is effective.
