I have been taking this glutathione reduced powder for about 2 weeks. To enhance absorption I place a quarter teaspoon under my tongue (sublingual) and allow it to dissipate. It has a slightly tart, salty taste that I don't mind at all since I like salt. It is much less salty than the acetyl L carnitine powder, which I am also taking.
