He has been taking it for a couple of months along with a lot of other supplements I have been giving him. 10,000 IU of D3 being one of them. He says that his heart seems to beat a little more smoothly. He takes two in the morning because it's about the only time he can have a fully empty stomach. lol
I do have a friend who said her husband has been taking it. He has had severe heart palpitations and she said it has helped him tremendously.
When he goes back to the doctor and his cholesterol is checked then we will know how much it is helping in that area.
UPDATE: We ran out of the Natto-K for a couple weeks and my husband said, "Why am I not taking those pills that clears my arteries any longer? I don't feel as good as I have been since I have stopped." Therefore, I ordered more...
