Having suffered a pulmonary embolism during pregnancy and hating to shoot myself up with lovinox this was a wonderful product. Taking therapeutic doses and changing my eating and walking a lot saved me having to take lovinox for more than a year. I was free and clear from blood clots in 3 months when my leg was completely full of them. Due to the enzyme base of this product it felt completely safe to take during pregnancy. Now in my second pregnancy I am taking it as a preventative 1 a day and am still free and clear of clots. This is a great product alternative in my opinion to the prescriptions.
